Welcome to my stock site and thank you for stopping by. If you would please read this before you use my stock photos it would be greatly appreciated.

First of all, it would be a good idea for you to familiarize yourself with DeviantART’s FAQ rules. I consider FAQ #157 as the "golden rule" for my site: Can I use things created by other people in my submissions? [link]
"The use of stock imagery at deviantART is permissible if and only if you can provide a link to the source of the stock image along with some kind of proof that you have satisfied the terms of the stock image license."

THE RULES:

1. Link to me in the description.
This can be a link to the original picture, a link to my icon, or both if you prefer. Try using the deviation number when you save the image to your computer so you can easily find who created the original. (For example- http:// www.deviantart. com/ deviation /place number here/)

2. Link your deviation back here.
I would prefer you leave a link on the same page as the orginal picture but you can also do so in a note or comment on my main page.

3. RESTRICTIONS, READ CAREFULLY:
-I absolutely do not want my photos, especially those containing human models, to be used in sexually erotic creations which includes, but is not limited to anything including sexual positions or fetish pin-up type manipulations.
-I do not want my photos used for religious manipulations of any sort including spiritism, witchcraft, or holidays.
-I do not want my photos used political campaigns or collages.
-I also do not want my photos used for anything with blood and gore or horrorific images.
-In addition, please do not use my stock for artwork that depicts hatred for any particular race, religion, celebrity, or use my stock to show hatred for or to insult my friends or I.

If you are unsure about the meaning of this or have any doubts about the specifications previously stated, please send me a note, or look through my favorites for a guide. I will not tollerate anyone who breaks these rules.

WHERE CAN YOU USE MY STOCK?:

-Please remember that these stock photos are free to use on deviantART ONLY. They can be used in photo manipulations, paintings, references, ect. For any other usage, please request my permission first.

-For Blogs: Please ask permission before use on any blogs. Thank you.

-For Avatars: I will allow you to use your manipulations of my stock photos in your avatar if, and only if, you also submit it as a deviation with the appropriate credit given in the description. (As stated in rule #1 in these Terms & Conditions).

-On Dev Mobile: Please ask me for permission before making a deviation available for Dev mobile. Thank you.

-Commercial Use: Please ask permission for any commercial use, as compensation must be discussed before hand.

PRINTS:

If you use my stock and would like to sell your manipulation in , please send me a note with a link to the photo you would like to submit for print, and the format of the e-mail to send to prints permission that I can copy and paste. If I believe you have spent alot of time on the piece I will most likely grant you permission, but if minimal changes have been made, you will not be allowed to use for prints.

CONCLUSION:

By using my stock and posting it on DeviantART, you are agreeing to let me use your image for blogs, icons, and as a wallpaper for my computer.

If you are using my stock, you must know and follow all of the rules define in this list of terms & conditions.
